Sammu, Chiba, Japan｜うちな〜料理 島んちゅ〜

I wanted to eat Soki soba, so I visited around 12:00 on weekdays. There is only one customer at the counter who seems to be a regular customer (relative?). There are 2 tatami mat seats (for 4 people each), 1 table seat (for 4 people), and counter seats, but is there a limit of 2 people because there are many things? I was told that I could sit anywhere, so I sat in the tatami room. The menu is large, but I ordered a cutlet set meal with fried chicken. The half-soki soba and kakuni are of course delicious, and the small bowl of mozuku and pickles are also very delicious! The fried chicken was delicious, and the rice was less, so I got a second one (100 yen). The set meal is half the amount of soki soba, but the kakuni on top is large, and I was able to eat the bone (cartilage?)! Everything that came out for the set meal was delicious! It is convinced that evaluation is high. Next time I would like to eat Soki soba separately. (Additional 200 yen for a large serving of Soki soba.)

☆2023.9.1☆ﾟ+ ・Shimanchu Soba (changed “Tibichi” to “Pork”) Last time I went there, I made an original soba by combining the Nankotsu soki soba, rafute, and pork that I ordered, but today I asked the store to actually make it for me 🎵 This was really good ❗❗ Personally, it's the strongest Okinawa soba ❗❗ Actually, this combination is the old "Mix Soba" of Shinjuku / Shibuya "Yanbaru", but I thought it was Okinawa soba and ate it. So, I can't help it anymore (lol) I wanted to change the menu every time I visited, and try different things, but I don't think I need that anymore 😃✌ ★　★　★ ☆2023.6.10☆ﾟ+ ・Me: Nankotsu Soki Soba, ・My wife: Bitter gourd champuru set meal, Shiquatha drink ・Share: Rafute, pork egg ・Takeout: 6 Sata Andagi, Tulip Pork, Koregusu, etc. I ordered Nankotsu Soki soba, and my wife ordered Goya Chanpuru set meal 🎵 I ordered Rafute and pork egg with the intention of eating it myself, but in the end I ended up sharing it ~ (laughs) The soba is delivered twice a week directly from Misumiya Seimenjo in Nago City, Okinawa Prefecture, and they order more so that they don't run out of stock, but they still run out on rare occasions. It seems that. People in the neighborhood may want to go again, but since we live far away, we had to call the day before to confirm and make a reservation. It seems that it has been 4 years since it opened, and I have passed by the store many times, but I didn't know about it until now, and it was a mess😵💦 I ordered the ``Shimanchu Soba'' which bears the restaurant's name. Okinawa soba with nankotsu soki, pork belly, and tibichi (pig's trotters).At lunchtime, it comes with juicy rice balls and sata andagi. I also ordered ``Goya Champuru'' separately🎵 Actually, there are shops in Kamisu City and Choshi City that sell Soki soba, but the noodles are not Okinawa soba noodles, but regular Chinese noodles. But this was real Okinawa soba❗ It was really delicious❗❗

Okinawa soba is delicious! Other Okinawan dishes such as tebichi, rafute, bitter gourd champuru, etc. are delicious! ! This is a store that you will want to visit regularly (^^) The staff at the restaurant were kind and the seats were tatami, so I was able to spend a relaxing time even with children. If you go to a lot of set menus, you will end up eating a lot.
