I had soba gozen and shiratama zenzai. The soba was the most delicious I have ever eaten, with a strong aroma and elasticity. Juwari soba had an image of being sloppy, but the soba here was chewy and smooth. The soba soup was not sweet, and it was delicious with a refreshing saltiness. The garnished butterbur and duck meat were well seasoned, and even I, who doesn't like butterbur, was able to eat it deliciously. And especially the tempura was crispy and thick (about 3 times the soba restaurant in Tokyo) and it was too delicious. Shiratama zenzai seems to be handmade from red bean paste, and it was delicious with a modest refreshing sweetness and chewy texture. The atmosphere of the shop and the owner were very comfortable.
