I used to frequent this store about 10 years ago. My favorite dish is the light soy sauce ramen. The photo is topped with char siu. The char siu here is very delicious with a creamy and melting system. The soup is an orthodox soy sauce ramen, but it's good that the seafood-based dashi is effective, even though it's light! Noodles are thin curly noodles and slippery. Eggs are warm and creamy. I was impressed by the taste that does not change even after 10 years. Ramen is a food that everyone has different tastes, but please try the orthodox light soy sauce ramen! The shop is full of handmade feeling as usual and has a slightly different atmosphere. 2019/05/11 postscript There were fewer menus because there were fewer people than when I visited before. In the past, there were a lot of menus because it was a family of four, but now there are only two people, my father and mother, so it seems that the menu has been reduced to the bare minimum. Also, the noodles have changed from thin curly noodles to almost straight noodles. Soup and char siu were the same as before. However, I couldn't do the charcuterie topping. The noodles here change frequently, so when you come to the store for the first time in a while, it feels a little different than before, but the basic soup is the same, so it was still delicious.

A very nice shop that makes you feel like you have traveled back in time from the Showa era. The spacious, retro, and grand interior of the store reminds us of times when the economy was good, and from a businessman's perspective, it's a good omen. Ramen, boiled eggs, gyoza, rice, even though prices are high these days, it's true that they're cheap and delicious. Just eating well and talking to my cheerful wife gave me energy.

The building is old and the signboards are all handmade, making it look like a retro-futuristic movie set. If you look around every corner, you'll find that the shop has a stylish and detailed taste, and the tension rises gradually. Photographs are pasted on the corners of the acrylic plates on the table with sellotape, and you can feel the wabi-sabi of Japan in this hospitality. When I found it, I realized the meaning of the picture, and I was moved and my eyes got a little hot. What I ate was “Kotteri Shio Ramen”. It's exactly what I was looking for, and it's really delicious! The dumplings are small but easy to eat, and the firm taste blends well with the ramen soup without fighting. The price is just right, and I will repeat this. Highly recommended for those who want to eat delicious ramen in a Showa retro-futuristic space. For those who don't, I highly recommend it.
