Japanese-French restaurant in Nagareyama Amazing restaurant near Tokyo (in the middle of Tsukuba Express line, Nagareyama Central Park station) with reasonable price for the greatest food! The sushi, ramen, tempura, depanyaki days are over. 1. Salmon roe and raddish topped tuna (maguro) with wasabi sauce 2. Foie gras pate with toasted bread 3. Grilled Japanese Shrimp with crab sauce and with pie 4. Tsukuba produced mushroom foamed soup 5. Pan grilled cod and milt in oil and slight citrus flavor with vegitable on top 6. Ginger ale chabet for refreshing pallet for main dish 7. (Main) Seared and oven baked at low temperature Japanese beef tender loin with Nagareyama produced vegetables and wine sauce 8. Nashi pear with lemon chabet and some kind of pudding 9. Black tea (milk tea) 10. Fresh baked bread with house made anchovy butter in the middle of the course The food was totally a next level cook. I'm not in to fusion but this restaurant changed my mond. It does require two bottles of wine white for the course before main and red for the main. Hope everyone can enjoy!

Japanese flavor, the environment is very stylish!

I was able to wake up. It was a small buffet, but overall it was delicious. The style of serving it on a small plate was hygienic and good. There was a time when the service was slow and we temporarily ran out of food, but it was replenished as needed. It was mostly empty and the occupancy rate was around 60%, so it was a comfortable stay.
