This is an absolutely outstanding restaurant. You don’t think of Japanese and Italian cuisines as being fusion-able, but trust me, this place works. Boy howdy, does it work! The Avo pork is impossibly succulent and so tender it can be cut with chopsticks. This place is family owned and operated, and they own some of the local farms. This allows them to tick the boxes of sustainability, locally sourced, and farm to table organic concepts. Do yourself a favor and request a table on the deck outside. There is a beautiful and serene view of the rice fields. I don’t say this often, but I consider this to be the perfect dining experience.

I made a reservation during happy hour. Although it is located in a very hard to find location, it is a quiet and relaxing restaurant that you can enjoy. The carefully selected coffee and sweets were very delicious, and above all, the kind owner and his wife were the best. I would definitely like to visit you for lunch next time.

As the name suggests, it is a wonderful location where you can enjoy a meal while looking at the rice fields after passing through a country road! We had a lunch course with plenty of vegetables. Salad, vegetable terrine, fava bean soup, hand-kneaded hamburger. The soup seems to change depending on the season. It is a delicious and cozy restaurant. It seems that the food will be made after you ask for it, so it will take some time to serve it, but you can enjoy a relaxing lunch. The couple is a very nice person, and I enjoyed talking about various things such as travel stories. I was able to arrive in one shot with Google MAP, but some of the roads are barely enough for one car to pass. Be careful driving. Also, it seemed better to make a reservation.
