Very delicious! It is located along the national highway between Sosa City and Asahi City. I received Zaru Soba. The noodles are thin, with grains on the outside visible, a slightly translucent gray-white color, and chewy without giving you the feeling of being thin, with a nice firmness that goes down the throat very well. Although the soup is quite strong, it has a strong flavor that goes well with the noodles rather than the richness of raw soy sauce. Also, they seem to use good quality wasabi, and the flavor is wonderful. I ordered a regular portion, and although the portion was not small, it was very delicious, so I think I could easily eat a large portion. As expected from a Japanese restaurant, it is very elegant and comes with fried eggs and pickles. Both the exterior and interior look gorgeous (somewhat like the bathhouse from Spirited Away?), and the food seems to match that. The service is also kind and refreshing!
