The sashimi is fresh, especially the sea bream is plump and very sweet and delicious. We also recommend the daily vegetable salad that is picked in the morning. On a large platter, lettuce is the base, corn, tomato, crispy burdock, silken tofu, sautéed bamboo shoots, and fluffy potatoes are impressive and full of vegetables. In particular, potatoes, bamboo shoots, and burdock are excellent, and it is a wonderful salad where you can feel the freshness and power and taste of vegetables, which is different from the Nanchatte salad in the family restaurant. In addition, the homemade original dressing that comes with the salad does not use a lot of oil and is based on ginger, grated daikon radish, and soy sauce. The price is also cheap for this content. I visited for the first time, but it is a good restaurant with a solid taste, and it seems that you can eat early in the morning around 9 o'clock, so you can visit when the parking lot is not yet crowded.
