I love soba and have been to many places. The soba here is the most delicious in the northeastern area. It's fragrant, and you can enjoy both the soba and soba-yu from beginning to end. The portions are relatively large, so you can choose the amount depending on how hungry you are. There may be a short wait during busy times, so we recommend using this service if you have plenty of time.

I went to Handmade Soba Endo for lunch. I ordered Tenseiro. There were two layers of soba, and there was plenty of soba. It goes perfectly with the flavorful soba noodles. Soba noodles with a firm texture. The tempura was crispy and very delicious. At the end, I poured soba-yu over the soup and drank it. It's comforting and delicious. Inside the store, there were several table seats, several small seats, and private rooms. You can park your car in front of the store, but if it's busy, you can park in another parking lot nearby.

I got the tempura soba, and you can choose between 2.8% and 100% soba, and it's very filling with 2 tiers of soba. The tempura is also voluminous and crispy. I think even men will be satisfied. It's such a good store that I don't want to tell anyone about it. I want to go there just to eat this soba.
