While traveling from Midoridai in Sosa City to Matsuo in Sammu City using Google Navigation, I happened to see people lining up before the restaurant opened and learned that it was a restaurant. Red sea bream, bigeye tuna, bonito, medium-sized fatty tuna, scallops, red shrimp, and sashimi are served on top of beautiful tuna.The sashimi is beautifully presented, and the bonito is carefully served with chopped Japanese onion. You can see that there is a knife in it. The red sea bream is very flavorful and I think it's the best I've ever eaten. The seasonal bonito is also special. The scallops are sweet, and although they are probably red shrimp, the ingredients tend to be limp, but they have been skillfully processed, so there is no fishy smell at all, and it has a sweet and rich taste like botan shrimp or grape shrimp. That's excellent. The knobs are not just placed casually, but seem to have been thoughtfully placed.This is not just an arrangement of sashimi, but is suitable for sashimi, and is also served as a part of a kaiseki meal. I don't think it would be strange if it happened. The small bowl of burdock kinpira is also elegant, and the miso soup is very delicious with the soup stock. Also, the rice is very fluffy.
