Soba and udon noodles are also very delicious. Above all, not only the people on the floor but also the people in the kitchen are very nice. It closes once at 2:00 pm (LO 13:45), but it is still crowded with customers even at the last minute. Everything on the udon/soba menu can be made into udon or soba. Large size is +100 yen. Although it is not listed on the menu, they will serve rice if you request it. A regular portion costs 200 yen (including) and a half portion costs 100 yen, but a regular portion is one large bowl used for rice bowls, so please be careful if you are a small eater. This is a store I always want to stop by when I'm in the area.
A stylish soba that tastes like a small-scale Edo native. There's a soba restaurant near Katori Shrine that I've always been interested in. It's packed with customers even when it's about to close. I received Mori Soba. The noodles are slightly thin and machine-made with rounded corners. Slightly transparent gray with a whitish tinge closer to Sarashina. The texture is rough and rough, and it's more plump than it looks. The color of the soup is a little light, and at first bite you might think it's light, but soon you'll find that the wonderful dashi and good salty plum flavor wrap the soba noodles in a strong and delicious way. The type who wears slim clothes is very typical of Edokko. And, even if it's a normal size, it's no exaggeration to say it's a large size. I wonder where Mori Soba came from? The more I think. The mother working at the service also seems to be doing well. It has a timeless taste that is loved by everyone.
