More Comments at Google MapToday is the last day of rental business at Kanzaki-cho ``Cafe & Deli Indigo Coffee'', and I visited ``Mikkabouzu'' who will be moving to Oami Shirasato-cho 🚙💨 I visited twice at the end of last year, and they only had limited editions, such as the Christmas-only "Salted Koji Ramen" and the New Year's Eve-only "White Soy Sauce Ramen," so I thought I'd order something today. Default ``Soy sauce ramen 1000 yen'' and ``Boiled dumplings (4 pieces) 600 yen''💡 When you get your bowl of rice and first have the soy sauce soup, it has an elegant taste that leaves a lingering aftertaste in every bite. Straight thin noodles are slippery and sooty🎶 The pork chashu looks like it's about to fall apart when you pick it up, and the bamboo shoots have a nice crispy texture ❗️ I ordered soup dumplings filled with bean paste as a side menu, and the last one was dipped in soy sauce soup, and both 🍜 and 🥟 were very delicious 😋 We are also looking forward to opening business in Oami Shirasato Town 😊 Thank you for the meal🙏
Flat Katori County. I heard that a friend of mine has a delicious ramen restaurant. I visited while driving. The name of the shop is Mikkabouzu. This is by the former owner of the chabuya, and is available only on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays. It's a ramen shop that's open. It opened at 11:30 and I was first in line about an hour before. First, you sign your name and wait until the store opens as there is a dedicated parking lot. There were probably about 20 people inside the store, both at the counter and at tables. It seems that there is also a cafe on weekdays, so it is a very stylish space. This time I ordered soy sauce ramen, boiled gyoza, and salted malt raw caramel butter. I was confused between shaved ice and pudding, but this time I decided to go with shaved ice♪ First, soy sauce ramen was served. Is it small at first? I thought so, but the bowl is deep and has just the right amount of volume. I think you could also taste the kelp in the soup with the strong flavor of dried sardines. It's delicious and has a taste that makes you want to drink it. I love this soup. The noodles are straight, thin noodles with a moderate chewiness. This also goes down smoothly and goes well with soup. The char siu is a slightly fatty type. I was impressed by how soft it fell apart. Next was the boiled dumplings. We were provided with 4 piping hot, freshly boiled pieces. It is topped with green onions and a slightly tangy sauce. The soup dumplings had a rather thick skin and the filling, which I think was made with herbs, was nice. You can eat it easily. It's good to eat it with green onions. Finally, shaved ice. No, I wasn't planning on eating it at first. I found this item and ordered it without thinking. The portion is moderate, but the ice is shaved fluffy and delicious. Is the caramel also butter on top? The fresh cream isn't too sweet either. The spoon keeps going. The price is reasonable and I think this is a must-try this summer. I finished eating it in an instant. Well, delicious ramen and shaved ice. I wanted to try another ramen. By the time I left, the parking lot was full and there was a long line. I would like to visit again early in the day.
Koji Morizumi, the genius ramen chef known as the Ichiro of the ramen world, is making a comeback. Previously, he had a tingly aura, but as time has passed, he seems to have matured in many ways, and his expression is very calm. And the ramen has also evolved since its days at Dechabuya, making it a delicious bowl of ramen. Although the location is somewhat inconvenient and the business hours are only three days, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the hurdles are high, but it is a store worth visiting.
