To finish off, order Shirasu-don, Tamagoyaki, and Motsuni🐟🥚🐷 Egg yolk is involved🥚The delicious things about whitebait😆 The fluffy and piping hot omelette is also very delicious. The final part is definitely pork ☺️ Finish off by eating the squishy-textured giblets 🙏 It was delicious, thank you for the meal 🙇♂️
The taste, service, and cost performance are top class! The food prepared by the owner, who used to work at a Japanese restaurant in Ginza, is all very delicious and different from other izakaya restaurants in the area! Honestly, the price might be too low (lol) It has a cozy atmosphere and is loved by local regulars. However, it is easy to enter even at first glance! There are also a few groups of families coming here. I'll bother you again!
The closest izakaya to Iioka Shiosai Hotel. As the name suggests, there are dishes that incorporate various types of yuzu, as well as dishes that incorporate whitebait, skewers, and a variety of other dishes that will satisfy you. Namero, a local dish often eaten in the Sotobo area of Chiba, is recommended with yuzu. Rare dishes that are difficult to eat include whale sauce and nagami (shellfish). I thought the soy sauce on display was made by Higeta soy sauce or Yamasa soy sauce, both of which are manufactured nearby, but for some reason it's Kikkoman. I can feel the intention of wanting people to taste it with fresh raw soy sauce. The one disappointing thing is that you can't use credit cards.
