Itako, Ibaraki, Japan｜和源

Very very very good food, with an extremely nice owner! She took the time to get our orders right despite language barrier. All this resulted in one of the best meals we've had in Japan. The maguro don and tonkutsu were so delicious. The prices were amazingly good as well.

Excellent. There is only a cook without any waiters in the shop, so he looks very busy due to be a popular restaurant here. It's difficult to find the way to enter the parking lot by car, but it's worth to visit. Delicious dishes with good quality and quantity.

Itako's strongest shop. It's rare to find food of this quality for around 1000 yen. It's not inferior to the prosperous stores in Tokyo. Especially the sashimi is surprisingly delicious!
