Tako, Chiba, Japan｜Heikichi Tako

I discovered Heikichi near the roadside station Tako❕I stopped by for lunch. I've been to Asahi's main branch many times, and I order wonton noodles and pork rice. Thin noodles, wonton (you can hear the ginger), pork belly chashu (tender), menma tips, chopped green onions, and a simple soy sauce flavor. The soup is clear and light. You can drink it till the last drop. Char siu rice is delicious to eat as is, but it's even better if you add the soup to about half the size and mix well. The store has a large parking lot and plenty of seating inside.

A large bowl of wonton noodles and rice are limited to 20 and are sold out. The soup is easy to drink, the thin noodles are mellow, and the char siu is delicious. What's the secret ingredient? , wontons are currently ranked number one for their garlic flavor. It seems that Mr. Kami is not used to wonton noodles or thin noodles.

2023.05.28 I went to Heikichi Tako store. When you enter the store, you will notice that it is spacious as it is a detached store. I bought Chinese soba noodles and two pieces of pork toppings from the ticket vending machine and handed them to the staff. There is no counter. I was shown to a table. The China soba came without waiting too long. When I tried it, it was Heikichi's China soba. The store clerk's cheerful voice makes me feel good. It was delicious and I finished it.
