Matsusaka, Mie, Japan｜麺屋 はな華

This is a ramen shop located in Iidaka-cho, Matsuzaka City. It is located along the road of Iidaka Station on the road. Personally, I like the limited-edition Chinese noodles. The soup is full of vegetables and has a delicious dashi stock.

When I was sleeping alone in my car at the roadside station Iidaka, I decided to have a beer and gyoza after taking a bath, and finish off with some ramen. When I looked at the menu, I could choose between 3 and 5 pieces of fried chicken, so I ordered draft beer, gyoza, and 3 pieces of fried chicken. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations for the fried chicken, but the fried chicken that came out was just the way I like it, and I added 5 more pieces. The beer is smooth. In the end, I finished with 3 beers, gyoza, and 8 pieces of fried chicken without eating ramen. Next time I would like to try the ramen properly. It was a feast.

After taking a bath in the hot springs at the roadside station, it was just around noon, so we had lunch here. The miso ramen had butter in it and was delicious. The fried chicken was very delicious with the perfect combination of pepper and lemon.
