Today, I visited Saku, a Japanese restaurant located near Menard Aoyama in Misugi Town, Mie Prefecture. A variety of wonderful Satoyama cuisine. Homemade rice grown in the rice field in front of the shop. Wild vegetables, rock fish. This is a shop that you should visit, even if it takes time. Spring or autumn, when the weather is nice, is the best.

It is a complete reservation system for lunch course dishes only. Reservations start 2 months in advance. Closed for winter from January to March. The food is very polite and delicious, and you are particular about the ingredients. Fish from Ise Bay, deer caught by a charismatic hunter in the local mountains, and rice grown by the owner-chef. I am satisfied with just the last meal. The vessel created by his wife is also very nice. There is no tatami room, but it is an old private house that has been renovated using old-fashioned architecture, and it is wonderful, yet loose. This space is a space that I would like you to visit and enjoy at least once. I don't go to the toilet, but it's in a separate place, and it seems difficult for a wheelchair on the way.
