It's been a while since I bothered you. It was Golden Week, but it was before 12:00 on a weekday, so I was able to get it out right away. The quality of the soba remains the same and is exquisite! I was able to reconfirm this soba restaurant, which is personally in my top five!

Cash only. At first glance, it doesn't look like a restaurant, but a normal private house, so don't worry! I think there were about 4 cars parked in the parking lot. If you're absent-minded, you'll probably pass by a store. I received the grated soba noodles. I like soba noodles that are thin and chewy, so this was very delicious. It might have been even better if the grated grater had a little more spiciness. The pickled rice bran pickles were also worth mentioning. The inside of the shop is calm and doesn't feel like a soba restaurant, but you won't feel any discomfort. On the first floor, there are three tapes and acrylic boards installed to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. This time, I was able to get a seat at the right time with almost no wait, but the garden is well maintained, so if you look at it, you might not have to worry about the wait.

It's smooth and smooth on the tongue, chewy and has a nice texture, and the soup is so delicious that you'll want to eat it as much as you want, combined with the scent of bonito stock and the flavor of the soba! The texture of the buckwheat zenzai, the subtle sweetness of the red beans, and the fluffy softness of the shiratama dumplings hidden inside are irresistible.
