As part of JICA training we stopped at this road side station at Taki town and we had our lunch by great chefs Takesh

It is a daily chef handmade shop. I used it on Tuesday. Although it is limited to the day of the week, we recommend the daily lunch. One soup and three dishes, you can choose white rice or 15-grain rice for free refills, and the price is reasonable at 980 yen! All the staff were also at home and gave me a witty voice. The number of seats is small, so it will be crowded on weekends. It is a shop that makes you want to go again.

Opposite Niu Daishi in Taki-cho, there is a facility like a roadside station called Fureai-no-Yakata. The restaurant in this Fureai no Yakata is the Daily Chef Kitchen Salad Bowl. There are no fixed shops here, but chefs and shops take turns in the kitchen and compete with each other. At regular restaurants, the menu is fixed, but here the chefs and restaurants change daily, and the food is of a high standard, with a fixed price of 900 yen. When I went, it was a Kamameshi lunch at "Sora", but the taste was wonderful and 900 yen was cheap for this content. However, on days when the chef or shop is not available, only udon, soba, and bento boxes are available, so it would be a good idea to check the website in advance.
