《Handmade soba Doi》 Today's lunch is~🍴 I went to Doi-san, the handmade soba restaurant! ◆Cooking I also wanted to eat quick rice, so I ordered the soba set meal. When I took a bite of soba, I thought, Wow! Delicious! That being said, the flavor and aroma of the soba was amazing! My favorite is slightly hard-boiled. As for the tempura, the fried burdock root fillets are crunchy and go perfectly with the soba soup. The soba soup at the end was thick and had a strong flavor, which was also delicious. ◆Interior/atmosphere The restaurant has a high ceiling and an open feel, and you can see the beautiful garden from the counter. I enjoyed soba with a rich feeling! I used to use the Azan roadside station often, but there was a shop that I had been interested in for a while, and I went a little further from the Azan roadside station. There is a restaurant on the hill on the left that looks like a log house, and there seems to be a soba restaurant behind it. There is a signboard in front I was curious about the signboard for a soba restaurant called Doi in the foreground, so I decided to give it a try. Surprisingly, there's a soba restaurant in the back, right? (lol) I was so excited❗This time I went on a weekday, so I wondered if it was open🏍, and ahhh😀It was open with a curtain outside. Good (lol) It's a wonderful shop🤗You'll understand once you try the soba noodles here. It's so delicious 💯🙆🥢 The price is reasonable, and the mom who runs the store was very polite 🤗🤗🤗 I will be going again. If you come to Asan, please stop by and try it. This is an authentic handmade soba restaurant that I go to once a week without fail. The noodles are Shinshu soba. It's delicious anyway. It doesn't really matter what happens. It's true that I'm not bothered by the owner's loud voice that can be heard from time to time, as everyone has said, but if you think of it as a specialty of this restaurant, you can't help but laugh.
