It was explained to me that for the reserved course, the food would be served later because I could see it. I took a seat and waited a while. It didn't feel that long. I chose a set of three side dishes. Tempura is freshly fried and crispy Soba tofu with chewy texture It was delicious. The soba noodles are first served with salted seaweed. 2023.5.24 This is my first visit from Aichi in search of delicious soba noodles. Reservations are required for Kazue Soba Gozen for lunch, so I made a reservation 3 days in advance. I was worried because it was last minute, but I'm glad I was able to make a reservation. The soba noodles are shiny and beautiful, and the side dishes are rich and luxurious. I thought they were thin noodles, but the owner told me that 1.2 mm is the average thickness for Edo soba. The scent of soba spreads in your mouth and floats through your nose, and even though it's thin (it's average!), it's chewy and goes down easily, making it a very delicious soba. Each side dish is carefully prepared and each one is delicious. In particular, I wonder what the tartar sauce with grated daikon radish on the hijiki simmered in milk and fish tempura tastes like. It was fun to enjoy it while imagining it. All three desserts are different types, and they are all delicious! I enjoyed it and didn't get bored until the end. The Italian analogy is very easy to understand, and he is a soba chef who can cook all kinds of dishes! I had so much fun listening to the store owner's story that I learned so much. This is a restaurant where you can enjoy soba to the fullest ❣️The moment you put the soba in your mouth, it bursts with aroma ☺️ Kazue's soba is crunchy and alive! That's what it feels like. I always received Kazue Specialty. You can choose between black and white soba noodles. (The production area also changes depending on the day.) I like whole grains, so I prefer black. I also like this buckwheat rice. The soba tofu and soba gaki are all delicious, and you can enjoy the different tastes, textures, and aromas of soba. All the soups and sauces taste amazing, but the quality of the soba is so high that you can't use it all up! Soba hot water is also good! And even dessert ♡ Still, it's a good value restaurant with a homely atmosphere, and it's interesting to hear side stories from the owner. I can come from far away.
