Toba Food has some great lunch specials for very reasonable prices. Each lunch set comes with several different small dishes like pickled vegetables, crispy chicken, marinated fish, and a choice of deep fried veggies on rice or whitebait on rice. The order is prepared immediately after ordering and is served in a timely manner. Toba Food is a great place for a tasty casual lunch.

Even though I arrived late, I received good service. The four of us ate 4kg of steamed oysters, and they were so delicious that we devoured them in no time. The fried oysters had a sweet and salty sauce on them and felt like fried chicken, but as I bit into it, I could taste the oysters and it was really delicious. Akamoku was so delicious that beer went well, and I wanted rice. I tasted the oysters pickled in olives, and it tasted like cheese, and I thought it would be great as a snack. I bought pickled olives, oysters pickled in chili oil, and Akamoku (frozen) as souvenirs. I wasn't able to eat raw oysters as it was still early in the season, but I would like to go back when the season comes.

Enter the store as soon as it opens on weekdays Google's opening time of 9:30 is a dummy. Opens from 11:00 This is a restaurant I've always wanted to visit since I saw it featured on YouTube. Fried oysters are rare. When I tried it, I was surprised to find that it was completely different from fried oysters. Unlike the crunchy texture and filling of fried oysters, the crispy and light texture makes you feel like you can eat as much as you want. On top of that, there's kettle-fried whitebait on top, and the salty and tempura-style sweet sauce goes really well with the fried oysters. You can't eat this anywhere else. I bought fried oysters, oyster gratin, oysters pickled in Nanban, and oysters pickled in chili oil as souvenirs, and I was very satisfied with all the oysters. Apparently you can also eat oyster gratin at the family-run cafe next door. The cake was also very delicious, made by a pastry chef and had a dense texture without being lumpy. Apparently they also serve bonito bowls outside of the oyster season, so I'd definitely like to go there again.
