Ise udon is thicker and more chewy than the usual udon we have. With simple soya sauce, spring onion and bonito flakes.. perfect! The egg yolk makes the udon more creamy and smoother.. Ohh.. I missed Ise..

It was so delicious. I ate Ise Udon for the first time. It felt nice and soft. The chewy udon is also good, but I prefer soft udon. Also, I ate hand-kneaded sushi for the first time. Traveling is good! ️ This was my first time eating Ise udon. It was good, soft and gentle. Udon noodles with a firm texture are good, but I prefer soft udon noodles. It was also the first time for me to eat hand-kneaded sushi. Traveling is good for ministry.
