Usually, when I pass in front of the shop, there is always a line, but today I wondered if the time was good and there were only a few customers, so I rushed in. There are many fried udon restaurants in this area, but this is the first one. The order is pork belly + udon balls and rice. I mixed the ingredients on the iron plate by myself, just like other restaurants... If you look at other customers, it seems that the shopkeeper's uncle will take care of you. I visited on a Sunday afternoon. There was a line at the entrance, so I hesitated for a moment, but I took my time and got in line. I was able to get seated after waiting for about an hour, which was earlier than expected, so I guess the rotation was pretty quick. I had pork horumon and beef skirt steak, and they were very delicious and went well with the sauce. I couldn't drink it because I was on a bike, but I think I would have enjoyed it even more if it had been paired with beer.
