This is an Italian restaurant located at Grand XIV Toba, a members-only resort hotel. From February 2020, Chef Nagato, who is popular at Lake Biwa and Shirahama, has been transferred. I received it right away, and it was calm and delicious. When you look at the menu, it may look small at first glance, but the portions are plenty, and even the most value-for-money course will fill you up, but if you add one more dish, it will feel even more luxurious. Chef Nagato will retire in September 2021, and he will become Chef Tanaka in October. Chef Tanaka has been transferred from the wedding hall of Joseph Nunoike Church in Shinei, Nagoya. He is a chef who is good at French cuisine, and many of his dishes are beautifully French-style rather than Italian. Dinners tend to have few vegetables and are well seasoned, and desserts tend to be sweet. The American breakfast in the morning was surprisingly delicious, with a few more vegetables and a burger. The venue is Toba Annex. You can eat course meals at relatively cheap prices at the restaurants in Grand XIV Toba. Guests of the newest Toba Villa can also use it, so of course we can guarantee the taste. I think it has the best cost performance. Grand XIV Toba has Teppanyaki in the annex and in the annex. Bettei's Teppanyaki is located in the Japanese food corner, while Annex's Teppanyaki is located in an Italian restaurant, so there is a big difference in the content. I think most chefs at Bettei have a longer history of cooking at the teppanyaki restaurant, but I feel that Aragosta's presentation and taste are a step above. At Aragosta, the chef's back is made of glass so you can see out into the restaurant. It has a large number of seats and has a spacious image. The chief chef, Chef Mitsuhashi, has less experience with teppanyaki than the person in charge of teppanyaki at Bettei, but he thinks a lot about how to make Western-style teppanyaki and is inventive. He speaks well and the food is delicious! Furthermore, when there are two or more people, it is better not to have the same course at other XIV Teppanyaki restaurants, but Chef Mitsuhashi also surprises us with original dishes that are not on the menu. If you're tired of regular Teppanyaki, why not try this Teppanyaki? I will also post a night view of the garden from the restaurant.

On March 21st, the Vernal Equinox, I went to a hotel lunch in Toba. A belated return for White Day is Italian food. This is a stylish Italian restaurant reminiscent of a hotel in Toba, an Italian restaurant in Aragosta, and a chalk temple. My granddaughter also did her best on the menu with everyone. Even though I said I wouldn't go in anymore, I had another dessert, and it was delicious.

The atmosphere of the restaurant, the staff, and of course the food were great.
