Matsusaka, Mie, Japan｜Maeshima Shokudou

Maejima Shokudo is a chicken yakiniku restaurant introduced by Mr. Inokashira in Solitary Gourmet. The location is along National Route 166 further south from the Matsusaka Interchange and is a very remote place...I think it would be very difficult to get there unless you have a car. ``Seseri ¥520'' and ``Wakadori ¥520'' are grilled by yourself with miso sauce. After grilling, being careful not to burn the miso, of course add plenty of miso sauce and serve on the rice! The rice is going too fast! ! Even if it's "big" like this, it will kill you in an instant lol I'm sure it would go even further with beer. But be careful not to add too much miso sauce. We recommend applying it lightly, as all you'll lose is the taste of miso. The tenderness of the young chicken and the texture of the chicken are both bursting with flavor. Matsusaka has a strong image of beef, but this chicken yakiniku is cheap and delicious. This time I asked for the sauce without garlic, but apparently the miso garlic sauce is really delicious. I want to eat it lol
