Matsusaka, Mie, Japan｜La Derniere Bouchee

My experience was phenomenal 😁!

I went to this restaurant for the first time, yesterday. It had a fantastic experience. The staff were friendly and professional and the food was sublime. I was very impressed at the quality of the food. It really blew me away. We had about four or five courses. Each course contained a selection of small dishes. The portions were very reasonable for this kind of boutique restaurant. For a change, I didn't need to visit McDonald's to fill up after fine dining. They provided enough for me, and my smaller friends declared that they were full. I have been living in Matsusaka for five years and I move to another city this Saturday. I regret only finding out about this restaurant this week as I would have loved to have eaten here more often... Maybe, I'll drive down just to eat their food again.

It was a wonderful meal. It was my first time tasting chestnut and sweet potato soup. The chicken was wonderful with crispy skin.
