"Mukai", which is called "Ise Kameyama's famous mizutaki dish with original meat," seems to be a long-established restaurant that can not be underestimated by quite a few celebrities. Meat mizutaki is a famous hot pot similar to shabu-shabu, in which carefully selected Matsuzaka beef is quickly dipped in kombu dashi and served with soy sauce.
