Came here through a friend's introduction. A restaurant located in a renovated old folk house in a residential area. The shop is located at the end of a narrow road that is difficult to reach without a navigation system, but it is worth coming to. I came to the store on a Saturday afternoon, and the restaurant was fully booked, with only 4 seats available. The menu consists mainly of vegetables, and this course is only vegetables and no meat dishes. The main dish is roasted cabbage, so you can eat plenty of vegetables. I personally love meat dishes, but I didn't expect to be so satisfied with just vegetable dishes, so I was surprised. Dishes made only of vegetables tend to get boring, but the dishes were creative and brought out the flavor of the ingredients to the fullest, so I was able to enjoy the course to the very end. They also had a wide variety of specialty drinks. The owner was also a very nice person, and he answered all my questions in a friendly manner, so I was able to leave the store feeling comfortable. The menu changes regularly, so I'm sure to come back again.

I'm really sorry 💦 The atmosphere inside the store is quite calm. It's a place to relax and spend a precious moment with someone. It's not suitable for people who want to binge drink. (Actually, I can't!) Reservation required. The atmosphere is only possible with reservations. You can feel the commitment they put into their hand soap by using Aesop. The most important dishes are already carefully selected from the menu. I can't read kanji so I was able to learn it (lol) The vegetables are fresh. The rape blossoms, cabbage, and snap peas are all crunchy. In addition, this restaurant actually cooks using spices. This was a happy miscalculation, as it is good for appetite and digestion. I was surprised that the drink already had spices in it...this was my first experience. I have visited many cafes and restaurants, but this place is in my top five.
