I received a set of Chutorodon and Ise Udon. I think the price was about 2000 yen, but...this is crazy. It was by far the most delicious tuna (medium fatty tuna) I've ever eaten. Although the fat had a strong sweetness, it was never overpowering, and I had no complaints about the well-balanced medium-fatty fatty tuna. Sushi from Niigata Prefecture is often praised for its deliciousness, but from Niigata residents' point of view, even though it is not sushi but a bowl of rice, it is much more delicious. On this trip, I went on a gourmet trip to gourmet restaurants that served Matsuzaka beef hamburgers, eel meatballs, tempura, etc., and this was by far the most delicious. If I have a chance next time, I would like to try Akamiya Otoro. This was my first time having Ise udon, and it was delicious as well.
