Ise, Mie, Japan｜Sagami (Ise-Obata)

I've been visiting often lately. Although it's a chain restaurant, I think they use proper soba noodles. For a while, I was in a rut with the menu and didn't go there much, but I happened to be in a hurry and didn't have much time, so I couldn't choose a restaurant, so I decided to come here. The guidance was pleasant and the menu recommendations were not too pushy⭕️. I ordered a lunch set of soba and donpuri, and it came out quickly. The taste was also really delicious. This time, I downloaded the app and registered as a member, which I was in a hurry to install last time. The bonus was chicken wings, which I could use on the spot even if I registered after ordering. I ended up ordering more. (Laughs) I obviously ate too much. I bought next year's calendar on the way home. It's only 100 yen, but it comes with various coupons, so you can get your money back in one go. I will come again. It's a soba restaurant, but the miso stew udon is also delicious. The noodles are also chewy and hard. it's recommended. I thought the cost performance was a little high, but I felt like they were trying hard to set prices even though prices were soaring. Good impression. As expected, the building is old, so the facilities such as the toilets are outdated. It was thoroughly cleaned.

The soba noodles are 60% soba noodles, but there is so much that you won't be able to finish the whole course. It will fill you up.

I've heard a lot of good reviews about it, especially since it's a Sagami brand, which gives me a sense of stability, but here at the Omata branch, the waiters' service is excellent. It is a shop with such great customer service that you can be sure that the image created by a single employee is very important.
