The 3 of us were hungry after riding 65km from Nagoya and they brought us a huge tray of Yaki Udon that we devoured in mins. It was delicious and very cheap, costing us 1130¥ each with a small can (350ml) of Asahi. A real no frills gem if you are passing by! Thoroughly recommended.

When I stayed at a hotel nearby on a business trip from Nagoya, I found this shop when I looked it up on Google Maps! ! Kameyama City is famous for miso-yaki udon, so I visited there. The inside of the store has a nice feeling, and the mother was running the store alone. When I told him that it was my first time here, he said, "Then it's miso-yaki udon!" The mother's customer service is also kind, and it feels like I'm back home. It seems that there are hormones and pork, so I ordered pork and a little garlic. It seems to be made by stirring, so it was fun to make it yourself! The most important thing is the sweet and spicy miso sauce with garlic, which is very delicious! Udon is chewy ^ ^ Nagoya is famous for its miso-nikomi udon, but the taste of the miso was a little different.
