The shop I was planning to visit was temporarily closed and I wanted to find one nearby, so I called Ms. No to visit. (no cooking reservation required) The soba is contracted with a farmer in Daian-cho. I had the soba course for 1500 yen + tax. Sobagaki is buckwheat paste and has a softer texture than hanpen. I ate it with the soup and it was delicious. The vegetable tempura has an amazing sweetness of vegetables! I forget to take a picture and eat it lol The main soba was crispy with 100% buckwheat and I enjoyed the scent! I think the amount could have been bigger. It was very homely and comfortable. In December, you can eat new soba, so it was a restaurant that I definitely wanted to visit again.
