I think it would have been better if you had coarsely ground the thin ones instead of coarsely grinding them after eating the thin ones, so that you could compare the tastes better.

It was wonderful that the reception was polite and attentive. I passed through before the opening time, but the seats were immediately filled and lined up. The business hours were short and the number of seats was about 5 tables x 4 people, so it is recommended to go earlier than planned.

Sudachi soba is the best. Tomato soba also surprisingly matches the flavor of basil and olive oil (^ ^) Both are seasonal!!
