Kuwana, Mie, Japan｜da sempre

I was able to visit the new store for the first time. I was able to enjoy the polite dishes that can only be tasted at SEMPRE. Dishes that bring out the flavor of the ingredients themselves... I was especially surprised at the depth of flavor of the vegetables that were brought out to the fullest. Everything was delicious, but I personally was not impressed with the first vegetable soup and turban shell pasta. Madam and the chef's customer service were also polite, and I was able to spend a very satisfying time from the explanation of the dish to the final send-off.

We visited on our 15th anniversary. It was a very beautiful dish that you can enjoy from the start and it was delicious. The customer service of the owner and his wife is also very pleasant It was great for our anniversary!

I made a reservation for my mother's birthday celebration. Everything was delicious with a course that made full use of local ingredients, and the wife's service was unpretentious and gentle. I was able to spend a very good time with my family. Personally, the salmon and rapeseed tagliolini and Matsuba Sakura pork are the dishes I would like to eat again.
