Yuki, Ibaraki, Japan｜手打そば 高瀬屋

This is a local soba restaurant. The staff are friendly and the customers are elderly people in the area, people who work there, and some of them are acquaintances, but it's a nice feeling without getting too used to it. The atmosphere of the store is very warm and relaxing, which is great. I ordered the soba (mori soba) katsudon (cutlet stew?) set. The soba noodles are also delicious❗️ As mentioned in some posts, the katsudon is also delicious with just the right amount of sweetness❗️ My heart and stomach were healed. This is also a store I would like to visit.

The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the food is really delicious! It's voluminous and you can eat deliciously to fill your stomach! Definitely a repeat purchase ♪

We have an extensive menu and can accommodate large and small parties. There is a separate space, so you can have a banquet with a large number of people without worrying about other customers. The food was delicious and I would like to use it again.
