I sat in the middle of the counter in the store where TUBE's song was playing as usual today, but as soon as I sat down, I thought, ``Oh!'' We're screwed! I ended up sitting in front of the ticket machine again 😅 I sat there thinking that not only would I not be able to eat in peace, but I would also be in the way of people using the ticket machine. As usual, a large bowl of ramen...it came. First of all, let's start with the soup...is that it? It felt like the taste was slightly different than usual, but I finished it in no time, wondering if my taste buds were weird. It was a feast. Today, I ordered a large bowl of ramen and gyoza (my first attempt)...The owner was sweating while making them at the counter, but it was rather hot inside...And the background music was summer music from Tube. is flowing refreshingly. Now, the ramen is called Sano Ramen, and although it's salty, it's rich and delicious! ️ We only use menma with soft tips, so it's delicious and odorless! ️ A thick piece of char siu...appropriate. Noodles...is that? Was it this short? As it was about 2/3 the length of regular ramen, I felt it was a bit unsatisfying to slurp down the ramen. Today, I had a large serving of chashu noodles. As I was eating, I noticed the thickness and number of pieces of char siu... I wonder if I could eat it all...😅 I managed to eat it all, but I had a little bit of soup left (for health reasons...but I was full❗️) It was a feast. 20230125 posts I was here for work at a Sano ramen shop (handmade), and after doing some research beforehand, I found this Sano ramen shop and decided to visit. I think it was a chicken-based soup stock, but it was so delicious that I ate it till the end. The noodles are hand-made, but they're almost perfectly aligned, and although they're a little soft, they go down smoothly, and I ate the large portions with ease. Depending on your personal taste, maybe a little chicken? It may not be suitable for people who are concerned about the flavor of the soup stock, but I think the taste is good. By the way, I received it without adding any pepper. I would like to stop by again if I come nearby.

Sano ramen system? You can finish the soup easily! Motsuni is also delicious! As long as I'm happy to be open from 6 am! Repeat is essential, aim for regular customers!

It is located along the road and has a large parking lot. Please be careful as you may miss it if you drive fast! Recently, there have been an increase in the number of restaurants serving Sano ramen in the Yuki Koyama area, but this one is really good😋The soup is especially clear and the best👍The owner seems to be around the same age as me (BOOWY is playing) so I'm rooting for him.
