On the way back from Tsukuba Circuit, I visited this restaurant that participated in the JAPAN Burger Championship. There was a long line during the tournament, but I wanted to go to all the shops that participated in the tournament, so it was a nice timing. It looks like a container house, but the inside of the store has a white counter and one table seat. There are some tables outside. (It is not outdoors, it has a roof) Since I slipped in just before the last order, I was in a hurry to read the menu, but the clerk politely told me the recommended menu, the limited-time menu, and the special menu. This time, I chose the patty from the special menu Kokubu Farm. The smell of burning patties spreads throughout the store. The hamburgers that arrive at the table are simple, but there is something about them that draws you in. A quick bite... From the first bite, the sweetness of the buns, the texture of the patty, and the saltiness are delicately covered. It has a depth of flavor that is unlike any hamburger I have ever eaten. And the sauce that accompanies the potatoes is also delicious. It's a homemade blend, but it's definitely a sauce that goes well with anything other than potatoes. (I'm looking forward to selling the sauce in the future!) I am very happy that I was able to get to know this amazing hamburger shop again, as well as thanking the owner and staff who kindly and politely responded to me even though I entered the last order. Thank you for the meal! We will go again!
