This is the ultimate soba restaurant, packed with pesticide-free, home-grown Hitachiaki soba, NISSAN FAIRLADY Z (S30 type), and the owner's techniques and craftsmanship. It seems that they have improved the cultivation method of buckwheat and use three types of stone mills to mill the flour. There are only three types of soba on the menu: 100 percent soba, whole grain soba, and hand-pulled soba. Don't forget to make a reservation for the hand-made soba noodles (1,100 yen)! I recommend it with confidence!

This is a restaurant that specializes in soba noodles. Two types of soba noodles, whole grain and 100 percent. This is a shop where you can enjoy the flavors and aromas. The amount of soba soup is small, but it is carefully seasoned. Please note that there are only a few parking spaces available.

Anyway, there was advance information that the way to the store was difficult to understand, so I followed Google Sensei's directions and it was relatively easy. The last road to enter the shop is narrow. I arrived at the opening of the mouth, but there were two female customers, and the car was parked. There are only two parking lots, so I was able to enter immediately, but the road in front is narrow, so it is difficult to enter. When I finally put the car in and tried to enter the store, I was confused because I didn't know the entrance next. (laughs) Entering through the sliding door on the balcony was the correct answer. I managed to enter the store and received three types of reserved noodles: 100% buckwheat, whole grain buckwheat, and hand-ground buckwheat. Since all the bowls used are the same, I had a hard time distinguishing between the three types of soba in the photo. (lol) Juwari soba is round, whitish, and beautifully cut with sharp edges. Soba noodles alone are flavorful and delicious. Whole-grain soba is soba with the stars of brown buckwheat. The feeling of anticipation increases for the flying stars. The cutting edge is also wonderful. When you eat it, you can sometimes feel the texture of brown buckwheat noodles. I got this with only soba noodles. The hand-kneaded soba noodles that I had pre-ordered are greenish soba noodles with a whitish thin skin. It looks like a round, coarse grind, and the cut edge is a little weaker. If you eat soba noodles alone, you will feel the slightly sticky texture that is unique to coarsely ground soba noodles. I almost didn't use the dipping sauce here either. Two types of soup are served. I was talking about 6 types of withered, but I forgot. The Z in the store name seems to be taken from Fairlady Z. There is a picture of the husband running on the circuit with Z. I thought it was Tsukuba, but when I asked, it was Motegi. When I went to see the race, there was only Tsukuba Circuit in this area, but now Motegi has been built and it's close. It seems that the L28 engine is bore up to 3L. It seems that you are particular about not only soba noodles but also running. Thank you for the meal.
