Waki, Yamaguchi, Japan｜Yakiniku Dining Ryuo

This is my favorite yakiniku restaurant. No photos allowed in the restaurant, no English menu, and cash only. If you can deal with that then you're in for the best yakiniku meal you've ever had.

I was impressed that the owner was able to highlight the ingredients he was confident about. When you actually eat it, you'll be surprised at the high quality of the meat. When you go, try the Ryuo-yaki [skirt steak] at least once 🫢 You'll be surprised.

The first item is ``koune'', and I have never seen a restaurant that can offer this quality even in the authentic Hiroshima area. Absolutely exquisite. And the ``Ryujinyaki'' is simply delicious. A masterpiece that takes time and effort to prepare. I think the reason why it doesn't feel heavy on my stomach even after eating a lot is because of the high quality of the meat.
