First time seeing. I got a full course. While the types of knives have been simplified recently, I was impressed by the different types of knives for appetizers, fish, and meat. The food was just the right amount, and it was delicious with only seasonal dishes. In particular, the Tsurukubi pumpkin purchased from a nearby farmer is so sweet that you want to drink the soup straight from the pot. The fish dish is sea bass with a crispy skin and a spicy ratatouille underneath, with a creamy sauce. Each one had a different taste, but when I put them all in my mouth, the mellowness of the sauce made the spiciness mild. Choose lamb from 5 types of meat. The combination of herbs and the unique scent of tender lamb made me want to suck it down to the bone. I regretted that I should have listened to the recommendations with my companion, so I would like to hear the recommendations next time. For dessert, you can choose from several types of cakes. The appetizer quiche tart was crispy and delicious, so I got a pear tart. I was happy that the scent of butter spread in my mouth all the time. My favorite tart dough is crispy. The madam who was serving was also very friendly, and I respect her for her attentiveness.

We went to celebrate my wife's birthday. I brought my children with me, and they were able to provide seats that were almost like private rooms, which was helpful. All of the course meals were delicious, right down to the dessert. The personality and the atmosphere inside the store were great, and it was a space that I would want to visit again.
