I stopped by on a Sunday afternoon. The restaurant is famous for its eel and kamameshi, and the restaurant is almost full. The eel was fragrant and the rice soaked in sauce was a little hard and glossy and really delicious. The barley toro rice was cooked in a pot and was delicious. Although it was very crowded, the customer service of the store was polite and comfortable.

I've been here for about 10 years. I went on a Saturday around 6pm, and there was only one seat available other than the reserved seats. I'm sure there are places to eat in the outbuildings, but I think you have to make a reservation before going there. Based on my memory of delicious kamameshi, fried shrimp, and eel, I ordered the barley fried shrimp and fillet cutlet set. I think it probably took about an hour for the food to be served as we were chatting over bottled beer while waiting. People who drink tend to drink a lot. As expected, the fried shrimp was extra large and very delicious. The barley toro that I ate at the end was also really delicious. I'll come back later.

One of the weekday lunch menus, the "Fill cutlet set meal," comes with three thick, tender pork fillets, miso soup, grated barley, and pickles, and at a reasonable price of 1,000 yen (excluding tax), you'll be completely satisfied. Another item available only on Wednesdays is the ``Ebi Tendon'' (3 shrimp, shishito peppers, pumpkin, and eggplant), which also comes with chewy mini soba noodles, miso soup, and pickled vegetables, and is also an exceptional price of 1,000 yen (excluding tax).
