Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜丸忠

I found a delicious soba restaurant for the first time in a while. I ordered Tenzaru and it was very delicious. The atmosphere of the restaurant is very nice and you can enjoy your meal in a relaxed manner. If you ever go near Mt. Tsukuba, this is a highly recommended soba restaurant. I've eaten at many soba restaurants, but this was the first one where Ibaraki's specialty, lotus root tempura, was served. It had a crispy texture and was very delicious.

It was thin udon. I put it in before it was crowded and ordered smoothly, and the offer was fast. Very tasty and filling.

I visited after descending Mt. Tsukuba. Ordered a large seafood bowl set. I was running the floor by myself, so it was a bit late to get to the seats. Both the soba and seafood bowl were delicious and I was very satisfied. I usually eat soba, but it was delicious here. The atmosphere of the shop was nice and calm.
