First up is miso soup. The miso doesn't have to be too strong, and the ingredients are tofu, mitsuba, and wakame, but the wakame has a crunchy texture that makes it delicious. Squeeze lemon over all of the shiso cutlets. Take a quick bite. I'm going to go quickly. delicious! The aroma of perilla, the juiciness of pork, and the crispy texture of fried chicken! Next, eat it with mustard. This is also delicious. I ate the last one with sauce and mustard. It's delicious with the sauce, but the scent of shiso is better without the sauce. I gave one of the 6 cutlets to my companion, who also said it was delicious. The rice is said to be from Ibaraki Prefecture. I don't really understand the difference in the taste of rice, so I still couldn't understand it. It was a shame to have leftover rice, but there was so much food that I couldn't finish it. My companion also got a cutlet of cutlet curry and it was delicious. According to my companion, the taste of the curry was average, and the spiciness was neither sweet nor spicy. It looks like it's easy to eat even for children and people who don't like spicy food. Next time, how about fried squid set meal? The tempura set meal is also good. A customer came in while we were eating and was talking about the rice fields. Considering that this is a restaurant used by local farmers, it felt even more delicious.
