I visited “Suimon Yakisoba Akita” near the Fukuoka weir in Tsukubamirai City, which I had always wanted to visit. Yakisoba is the only menu item. You can choose a regular size or a large size, and you can top it with a thin egg for 50 yen plus. The shop has passed the Heisei era and has the atmosphere of the Showa era itself. It feels like time has stopped. If the TV inside was a cathode ray tube instead of an LCD, I think I would have gone back in time. About 10 seats inside. My grandmother makes yakisoba. It's a simple yakisoba with only cabbage and pork seasoned with garlic, but it's delicious! The photos are great. It's a shop I want to visit again. By the way, yakisoba can be taken out.

It is commonly known as "Loach Yakisoba" by locals. In the past, it was a great shop for both children and adults, offering Sapporo's best ramen, arcade games, and vinyl books. Drinking a bottle of Dr. Pepper while playing games with my older brothers was the best way for me to stretch myself as an early elementary school student. I brought it home the other day and ate it at my parents' house. Auntie's garlic-flavored yakisoba is still the same. However, the flavor is quite bland, so please make sure it has a strong flavor! Please say that. It brings back the taste of that time.
