Ebiya is a hidden famous restaurant! The Chinese soba you eat at a soba restaurant with a calm atmosphere is rustic and nice. As for the Chinese noodles, I would give it a perfect score of 100 if it was made with hand-kneaded curly noodles.The soup is a light chicken stock soup, so curly noodles taste better. Soba, curry, and tempura are delicious. After all lunch is good cost performance and recommended. I like to eat soba noodles in the curry roux of the mini curry set. It feels like a standard old-fashioned soba restaurant, and it's nice to stick to the basics without being swept away by trends. It doesn't look cold at first glance, and you can go to the store with peace of mind because they are polite. I feel that many of the users are elderly regulars who seem to be neighbors.
