A lovely place that is very friendly.

This is a classy eel. Ushiku is located a little inside a residential area. Both the exterior and interior look elegant and clean. I had the baseline eel bowl and liver soup. The eel is well steamed and tender, and the sauce is spicy and stoic, giving it an urban feel. The eel bowl contains half of the eel on the tail side, but for me, this amount is enough to enjoy the eel bowl. I feel that long-established eel restaurants generally have an elegant feel. The service is friendly and kind, as you would expect from a long-established restaurant, and the atmosphere is very nice. The soup is also very elegant with the yuzu flavor, and it's great to be able to get a base line at this price.
