Through a friend's introduction, I was finally able to visit him. I visited during lunch time, and the last order is 1:30. Today's lunch was a salmon roe bowl. It costs 1,300 yen and includes salad, miso soup, a small bowl of steamed egg custard, and dessert, as well as iced coffee after the meal. A large serving of rice was 100 yen. The toppings were fresh and definitely salmon, not salmon. It's really delicious. It's been a while since I ate salmon roe, but I can't get enough of bubble wrap.
