More Comments at Google MapIt's my first visit. It was the day of the dog, so I visited after praying for safe delivery. It's been a long time since I ate out, so I was a little excited. I was going to go to most Italian restaurants in the Ushiku Ryugasaki area, but I think this is the best among them. The customer service was interesting (maybe I would be surprised when I went to the store lol), and I was happy that you cared about my pregnant wife. Appetizers such as abalone and octopus are considered rare in Italian, but I was surprised that they were very delicious. Speaking of octopus, I think of Greek food, but it was definitely Italian. It's so delicious. Pasta received sea urchin fettuccine. very delicious. As you can see from the image, the heavy presence is irresistible. It's thick, thick, uneven, and short. very delicious. I said it twice because it's important. Instead of rolling it up with a spoon and eating it, you stab it and eat it. I can do that because the noodles are rough. I can't get enough of the texture. It's the best part of handmade fresh pasta. It was the best. It was the best. important (abbreviated) I don't think you can understand the essence of lunch dishes alone, but next time I'd like to eat a full course dinner. I will go again. I recommend it without complaint.
It feels like an unpretentious Italian restaurant that serves delicious Italian food without being stingy. The non-alcoholic cherry blossom sparkling is so beautiful that I always order it. The entrance to the parking lot appears suddenly, so be careful.
I went for lunch alone because it was highly rated on Google Maps. Choose from 3 types of courses or order a single item. First of all, when you want to enter the store, the store staff will open the door for you. I was surprised, but it was a wonderful response. The clothes are in the style typical of a trattoria, which I also like. I like that the table set is neat and tidy. I really like how simple this is. I ordered the basic Albero course. The soup is made from locally harvested carrots. Probably based on bouillon soup and carrot paste? The base soup is delicious, as is the aroma of carrots. The homemade focaccia, which is baked daily in the shop, is crispy on the outside but soft and fragrant on the inside. The appetizer was Tsukuba ham salad. Contrary to its appearance, it is very delicate. It seems that the chunks of meat are salted for a day. The meat smells very nice. Even though it's ham, it's moist and soft, just like raw ham. The pasta is peperoncino with soft boiled octopus. The pasta is perfectly cooked. The sauce feels like it has a smooth texture rather than being well-emulsified. Personally, I like emulsification firmly, but this one is very delicious. Dessert is pumpkin mousse. This is exquisite. It goes perfectly with the caramel sauce that comes with it. The cappuccino after the meal is not too strong and is the perfect way to wrap up your meal. It may be a bit pricey for the area, but if you're looking to enjoy a relaxing lunch, it's worth it. It's Italian and a trattoria, so it's a good place to enjoy wine with friends in the evening. I think I want to go again.
