Tsukuba, Ibaraki, Japan｜Tsutsujigaoka Rest House

This is a great place to buy lots of things. But the tokens and crafts as mementos are pricey 😆 The items were very cute though~

It's a small onsen Ryokan. I can't say much about the Ryokan services but the onsen is very decent, with a beautiful view from the rotenburo.

I stopped by while going to see Gamaland. Inside the souvenir shop, there is a small cafeteria with a pretty extensive menu. Children will also enjoy the Tsukuba curry. There is also a small restaurant right outside the souvenir shop. There are many easy menu items that you can enjoy while walking, such as local dango, soft serve ice cream, and minced meat cutlet. The frozen crepes sold in the souvenir area inside the store were delicious. Especially the Kikyo Shingen mochi crepe! Brown sugar syrup and fresh cream go well together! Since it is frozen, the rice cake will be hard. Please be careful if you have sensitive teeth. I also liked the unique texture. I would definitely like to stop by again.
