A few minutes' drive from Tsuchiura Kita Interchange. It's located within the intersection and can park about 20 cars. Because there is also a second. The casual atmosphere of a city lodge or cottage, and the slightly Western-style structure make it stand out even though it is plain. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is nice and the customer service is polite, so it's no surprise that this is a thriving local Italian restaurant. My brother-in-law had a salty pasta with scallops, and my brother-in-law's friend had a prosciutto and vegetable pasta with a salty bianco flavor. I ordered spicy arrabbiata with fish and shellfish tomato sauce. Choose from a wide variety of menu options. It was a difficult choice for me as it was my first time. Meat dishes, appetizers, fish dishes, various pizzas, various pastas, etc. First of all, a large plate comes with a salad, a main dish, a drink, and it costs about 1300 yen (lunch time), so it's a decent volume. Arrabiata has arrived! The pasta was cooked al dente, as expected. Furthermore, since it is heated in a frying pan to be entwined with the sauce, the surface hardness and rough texture similar to slightly baked pasta allow the sauce to cling to the 1.6mm pasta. That sauce is pretty good. The sweetness from the bouillabaisse stock and the fishy flavor are just right. It reminded me of the seasoning of a long-established famous Italian restaurant in Ebisu, but it's less sweet than that, and it seems to suit me better. I calmed down in one fell swoop. Is your coffee French roast or Italian roast? There is no doubt that it was a fulfilling lunch time that I thoroughly enjoyed at the end of the warm cup. This is not Ebisu, but near Tsuchiura in Ibaraki Prefecture. You can understand why it is also used as a bridal and party venue. All the rice is delicious. Just like last week, I chose to have lunch here on Sunday the 12th. I'm here to help a relative who has decided to move from Tokyo to this hometown (Kasumigaura City). This time, I wanted to try a bianco flavor, so I ordered the carbonara without hesitation. It's a taste that doesn't disappoint. It was worth it to make it in time for the last order at lunchtime. The menu was changed, as the members were former chefs from the previous Italiya Kitchen era, but the food was delicious. Highly recommended not only for everyday meals, but also for family anniversaries, dates, etc. It seems that AIRPAY (the name of the accounting system) has been introduced for credit card payments, and there are a wider range of options than the previous Italiya Kitchen. There is parking not only at the entrance but also at the back of the store, so if it's crowded, it's a good idea to take a look around.
